2. תגמול לשכול לפי סעיף 10(ח) לחוק
שכול שאין לו בן־זוג ואין לו אלא ארבעה ילדים העומדים ברשות עצמם, ישולם לו תגמול כאמור בסעיף 10(ח) לחוק, אם יוכח לקצין התגמולים על פי תעודות מאת רופאים או מוסדות רפואה ציבוריים או ממשלתיים כי השכול לקה בנכות או חולה במחלה כרונית המזקיקה אותו בקביעות לעזרת הזולת לסיפוק צרכיו האישיים או להשגחה ועזרה רפואית מתמדת.
