12. פינוי כלי טיס
תיקון: תשפ״ו
בעל רישיון יעמיד לרשות מפעיל אווירי, לפי דרישתו, מידע בעניינים האלה:
(1)מספרי הטלפון, הפקסימיליה וכתובת הדואר האלקטרוני של האחראי מטעמו על תיאום הפעולות הנדרשות לפינוי כלי טיס שיש לפנותו מאזור התנועה;
(2)יכולת פינוי כלי טיס כאמור, המבוטאת בכלי הטיס הגדול ביותר שביכולתו לפנות.
