3. אופן חלוקת ההכנסות
תיקון: תש״ף
(א)עודף ההכנסות יחולק בין הרשויות המקומיות בשיעורים מסך כל עודף ההכנסות, כמפורט להלן:
(1)עיריית קריית גת – 94%;
(2)המועצה האזורית שפיר – 2%;
(3)המועצה האזורית לכיש – 4%.
(ב)עיריית קריית גת תעביר למועצות האזוריות שפיר ולכיש את עודף ההכנסות בהתאם לאמור בסעיף קטן (א).
