10. הערכה מחודשת של תכנית הטיפול
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)תכנית הטיפול תעודכן אחת לשלושה חודשים, לפחות, או לעתים קרובות יותר לפי צורכי המטופל; על אף האמור, לא ייעשה כל שינוי בתכנית לשיקום מונע בלא אישור בית משפט או ועדת שחרורים, לפי העניין.
(ב)הערכות מחודשות או מעודכנות של התכנית הטיפולית יירשמו ויתויקו בתיקו האישי של המטופל.
