2. ביצוע תכנית לשיקום מונע
תכנית לשיקום מונע יכול שתבוצע באופנים האלה:
(1)שהייה במרכז מורשה בכל שעות היממה (להלן – מסגרת חוץ ביתית);
(2)שהייה במרכז מורשה בחלק משעות היממה (להלן – מרכז יום);
(3)שהייה במרכז מורשה לצורך קבלת טיפול ייעודי בלבד.
