27. טלפון
במסגרת חוץ ביתית ובמרכז יום יהיו שני מכשירי טלפון לפחות, במקום שיהיה נוח לצוות להגיע אליו, שיבטיחו קשר עם החוץ בעת הצורך; מכשיר טלפון אחד יהיה נגיש למטופלים.
