12. איסור התקנת מבטח
לא יותקן מבטח במקומות אלה:
(1)במוליך PEN;
(2)במוליך האפס (N) אלא אם כן המבטח מפסיק בו־זמנית גם את שאר מוליכי המופעים;
(3)במוליך הארקה (PE);
(4)במוליך חיבור לפס השוואת פוטנציאלים;
(5)במעגל משני של משנה זרם;
(6)במעגל עירור של גנרטור או מנוע לזרם ישר;
(7)במעגל המזין התקן התרעה חיוני כגון צופר או מעגל פיקוד שהפסקתו כרוכה בסכנה.
