3. תנאים שבהם אסורה עבודה במיתקן חי
על אף האמור בתקנה 2 לא תבוצע עבודה –
(1)במיתקן חי הנמצא במבנה בעל תקרה וקירות, בזמן סופת ברקים;
(2)במיתקן חי שאינו נמצא במבנה בעל תקרה וקירות בזמן מזג אוויר סוער כגון גשם שוטף, סופת ברקים או רוחות חזקות;
(3)במיתקן חי אם מצויים בו גזים, או חומרים דליקים או נפיצים אחרים.
