2. הכרזה על אזור חלוקת הכנסות
(א)שטח המועצה המקומית התעשייתית מגדל תפן הוא אזור חלוקת הכנסות.
(ב)ההכנסות מאזור חלוקת ההכנסות כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) יחולקו בין הרשויות המקומיות לפי צו זה.
