Section 3 of צו העיריות (חלוקת הכנסות בין עיריית בית שאן לבין המועצה האזורית עמק המעיינות), התש״ף–2020, אופן חלוקת ההכנסות.
3. אופן חלוקת ההכנסות
(א)ההכנסות יחולקו בין הרשויות המקומיות בשיעורים מסך כל ההכנסות, כמפורט להלן:
(1)עיריית בית שאן – 80%;
(2)המועצה האזורית עמק המעיינות – 20%.
(ב)עיריית בית שאן תעביר למועצה האזורית עמק המעיינות את ההכנסות לפי סעיף קטן (א).
