Section 3 of צו העיריות (חלוקת הכנסות בין עיריית לוד והמועצה האזורית שדות דן), התש״ף–2020, אופן חלוקת ההכנסות.
3. אופן חלוקת ההכנסות
(א)ההכנסות יחולקו בין הרשויות המקומיות בשיעורים מסך כל ההכנסות, כמפורט להלן:
(1)עיריית לוד – 75%;
(2)המועצה האזורית שדות דן – 25%.
(ב)עיריית לוד תעביר למועצה האזורית שדות דן את ההכנסות כאמור בסעיף קטן (א).
