3. אופן חלוקת עודף ההכנסות
עודף ההכנסות יחולק בין הרשויות המקומיות בשיעורים מסך כל עודף ההכנסות, כמפורט להלן:
(1)המועצה המקומית ג׳סר אל־זרקא – 20%;
(2)המועצה המקומית זכרון יעקב – 35%;
(3)המועצה האזורית חוף הכרמל – 35%;
(4)המועצה המקומית פוריידיס – 10%.
