3. אופן חלוקת ההכנסות
עודף ההכנסות יחולק בין הרשויות המקומיות בשיעורים מסך כל עודף ההכנסות, כמפורט להלן:
(1)המועצה האזורית אל קסום – 20%;
(2)המועצה האזורית בני שמעון – 20%;
(3)המועצה המקומית חורה – 20%;
(4)המועצה המקומית לקיה – 20%;
(5)המועצה המקומית מיתר – 20%.
