Section 3 of צו העיריות (חלוקת הכנסות בין עיריית שפרעם לבין המועצה המקומית ביר אל־מכסור), התשפ״ב–2022, אופן חלוקת עודפי ההכנסות.
3. אופן חלוקת עודפי ההכנסות
(א)עודפי ההכנסות יחולקו בין הרשויות המקומיות בשיעורים מסך כל ההכנסות, כמפורט להלן:
(1)עיריית שפרעם – 75%;
(2)המועצה המקומית ביר אל־מכסור – 25%.
(ב)עיריית שפרעם תעביר למועצה המקומית ביר אל־מכסור את עודפי ההכנסות לפי האמור בצו זה.
