Section 3 of צו העיריות (חלוקת הכנסות בין עיריית יהוד–מונוסון לבין המועצה האזורית דרום השרון), התשפ״ב–2022, אופן חלוקת ההכנסות.
3. אופן חלוקת ההכנסות
(א)ההכנסות יחולקו בין הרשויות המקומיות בשיעורים מסך כל ההכנסות, כמפורט להלן:
(1)עיריית יהוד–מונוסון – 86%;
(2)המועצה האזורית דרום השרון – 14%.
(ב)עיריית יהוד–מונוסון תעביר למועצה האזורית דרום השרון את ההכנסות לפי האמור בסעיף קטן (א).
