Section 3 of צו העיריות (חלוקת הכנסות בין עיריית עכו לבין המועצה האזורית מטה אשר), התשפ״ב–2022, אופן חלוקת ההכנסות.
3. אופן חלוקת ההכנסות
(א)עודף ההכנסות יחולק בין הרשויות המקומיות בשיעורים מסך כל ההכנסות, כמפורט להלן:
(1)עיריית עכו – 50%;
(2)המועצה האזורית מטה אשר – 50%.
(ב)עיריית עכו תעביר למועצה האזורית מטה אשר את עודפי ההכנסות לפי האמור בסעיף זה.
