Section 3 of צו המועצות המקומיות (חלוקת הכנסות בין המועצה האזורית לב השרון לבין המועצה המקומית קדימה–צורן), התשפ״ב–2022, אופן חלוקת ההכנסות.
3. אופן חלוקת ההכנסות
(א)ההכנסות יחולקו בין הרשויות המקומיות בשיעורים מסך כל ההכנסות, כמפורט להלן:
(1)המועצה האזורית לב השרון – 40%;
(2)המועצה המקומית קדימה–צורן – 60%.
(ב)המועצה האזורית לב השרון תעביר למועצה המקומית קדימה–צורן את ההכנסות לפי האמור בסעיף זה.
