Section 3 of צו העיריות (חלוקת הכנסות בין המועצה האזורית בני שמעון, המועצה המקומית להבים ועיריית רהט), התשפ״ג–2022, אופן חלוקת עודפי ההכנסות.
3. אופן חלוקת עודפי ההכנסות
(א)עודפי ההכנסות יחולקו בין הרשויות המקומיות בשיעורים מסך כל ההכנסות, כמפורט להלן:
(1)המועצה האזורית בני שמעון – 39%;
(2)המועצה המקומית להבים – 17%;
(3)עיריית רהט – 44%.
(ב)עיריית רהט תעביר לרשויות המקומיות את עודפי ההכנסות לפי האמור בסעיף זה.
