מוקמות בזה יחידות סיוע ליד בתי הדין השרעיים: נצרת, יפו, עכו, באקה אל־גרביה, טייבה, חיפה, ירושלים, סכנין, באר שבע; יחידות סיוע ייתנו בעצמן או באמצעות אחרים, שירותי ייעוץ, אבחון, טיפול וגישור בענייני משפחה (להלן – ייעוץ בענייני משפחה).
