2. גמול השתתפות
תאגיד עירוני ישלם גמול השתתפות לנציג עיריה בעד השתתפות בישיבת הגוף המנהל שלו, כולה או רובה, ואולם הוא לא ישלם גמול כאמור בעד השתתפות ביותר מ־12 ישיבות בשנת כספים.
