4. סמכויות הועדה
תיקון: תשנ״ד
(א)הועדה רשאית לאשר החלטת הועדה הרפואית, לבטלה או לשנותה, בין שנתבקשה לעשות זאת ובין שלא נתבקשה, בין שהמערער הוא הנכה ובין שהוא קצין התגמולים.
(ב)(בוטלה).
