6. סודיות הדיונים
תיקון: תשמ״ז
(א)בדיוני הועדה לא יהא נוכח שום אדם מלבד חבריה, מזכיר הועדה, קצין התגמולים או מי שהוסמך על ידיו לכך, הנכה, בין שהוא המערער ובין לאו, ומי שיושב ראש הועדה התיר את נוכחותו.
(ב)הדיונים בועדה ומסמכיה הם סודיים ואסור להביא מהם לידיעתם של אחרים, אלא אם התיר יושב ראש הועדה לגלות מהם לצד מעוניין ובמידה שהתיר זאת.
