22. כלכלה ולינה
(א)נכה זכאי לקבל כלכלה ולינה כל זמן אותם נסיעה וטיפול, במידה שאין הוא מקבל אותם מהמוסד המטפל בו.
(ב)רופא מוסמך ראשי יקבע את אופן מתן הכלכלה והלינה האמורים ואת שיעורן.
