7. מתן כרטיס נכה
תיקון: תשי״ט
נכה שדרגת נכותו נקבעה ל־10% או למעלה מזה, תתן לו הרשות המוסמכת כרטיס שבו תיקבע תמונת הנכה ושייקרא ”כרטיס נכה“.
