15. הוראות לגבי ייצור ויצוא יהלומים
המפקח רשאי לתת הוראה, כללית או מיוחדת, בדבר תקופת ייצורם של יהלומי יצוא, מועד יצואם והעברתם מרשות לרשות או ממקום למקום; ניתנה הוראה כאמור, חייב כל אדם שאליו היא מכוונת למלא אחריה.
