14. בדיקת הציוד, המסלול, המנהרה ותנאי הבטיחות וההפעלה
(א)המפקח רשאי להורות בכתב לבעל הרשיון שהציוד או חלק ממנו, המסלול, המנהרה, התחנות ותנאי הבטיחות וההפעלה ייבדקו בכל עת על ידי אדם שהמפקח הסמיכו לכך, ובהתאם להוראותיו.
(ב)נמסרה לבעל הרשיון הוראה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), חייב הוא למלא אחריה.
