19. הפסקת הפעלה
(א)הוגשה נגד בעל הרשיון תביעה פלילית על עבירה לפי צו זה, רשאי המפקח לצוות על הפסקת הפעלת הרכבל עד לגמר דינו של בעל הרשיון ועל החזרת הרשיון שברשותו; ואם ציווה כך, ימלא בעל הרשיון את האמור בצו תוך 48 שעות.
(ב)זוכה בעל הרשיון מן העבירה, או שהחליטה ועדת ערר לפי סעיף 18 לחוק על החזרת הרשיון לבעליו, יוחזר הרשיון לבעליו.
