7. הפחתת ההקצאה
מהסכומים המגיעים לרשות מקומית לפי תקנות 3 עד 6, יופחתו סכומים בסך כל השיעורים לפי שיעור הגירעון המצטבר של הרשות המקומית לפי טבלה 1 שבתוספת הרביעית, לפי שיעור גביית הארנונה ברשות המקומית לפי טבלה 2 שבתוספת האמורה ולפי שיעור הגירעון השוטף של הרשות המקומית לפי טבלה 3 שבתוספת האמורה, ובלבד ששיעור ההפחתה הכולל לא יעלה על 75%.
