14. עקרון שלמות המידע המקורי
כל מידע מקורי לרבות רשומות מחשב המכילות מידע מקורי שהעביר חלפן כספים, יישמר במאגר המידע בלא שינוי; רישום הערות, שינויים או הוספות, לרבות ביטול, גניזה או ביעור של רשומות מחשב ממאגר המידע ייעשו בלי לפגוע בשלמותן, באמינותן ובתקינותן של רשומות מחשב המכילות מידע מקורי.
