המפרט מופקד במינהל הדלק, שדרות העצמאות 82, חיפה, ובמקומות המפורטים בהודעה בדבר מקומות להפקדת תקנים רשמיים, וכל אדם רשאי לעיין בו בשעות העבודה הרגילות.
