6. מסירת מידע
(א)מתקין מעלית ימציא לרוכש מעלית שהוא התקין תיק מידע שיכלול:
(1)מידע מפורט על המעלית ומכלליה, לרבות תרשים חשמלי כללי הדרוש לתחזוקה ולתיקון של המעלית;
(2)ספר טיפולים במעלית שיכלול הוראות טיפול ותחזוקה של המעלית.
(ב)מתקין מעלית ימציא, לפי דרישה ותמורת מחיר סביר, לבעלי מעלית שהוא התקין, עותקים נוספים של תיק המידע.
