4. בדיקת התקנה של דלת־תא
(א)בבואו להתקין דלת־תא, יכין מתקין מעליות מפרט טכני לאותה מעלית ובו השינויים הנדרשים במבנה המעלית עקב התקנת דלת התא; המפרט יתייחס לכל מעלית בנפרד.
(ב)המפרט יוצג לאישורו של בודק מוסמך לפני התקנת דלת־התא.
(ג)לאחר התקנת דלת־התא, לא ישתמש אדם במעלית, אלא אם כן נבדקה המעלית בידי בודק מוסמך שימסור למחזיק במעלית תסקיר ובו קביעת עומס העבודה הבטוח של המעלית.
