בעל רשיון למשרד להסעות יחזיק העתק מן הרשיון במקום בולט במשרדו הראשי ובכל סניף מאושר של משרדו ויציגו למפקח, לאדם שמונה לפי סעיפים 30 עד 32 לחוק, או לשוטר, לפי דרישתם.
