6. תנאים ברשיון
המפקח רשאי, בין היתר, לקבוע ברשיון תנאים בענינים אלה, כולם או מקצתם:
(1)סוג כלי הרכב שיופעלו בהסעת סיור, בהשכרה או בהסעה מיוחדת ומספרם, מספר המושבים המזערי והמרבי שיותקנו בהם, שנת הייצור ומספר השנים המרבי שבו יופעל רכב כאמור;
(2)משרדים, חניונים לרכב וסידורים לנוחיות הנוסעים ולצורך הסעתם באופן בטוח ויעיל;
(3)אחריות בעל רשיון לגבי הנוסעים, החפצים והמטען של הנוסעים.
