2. מחיר
(א)מחיר אחסון אתילן מיובא יהיה 231 שקלים חדשים לטון מטרי (להלן – המחיר).
(ב)המחיר יהיה צמוד למדד, והוא ישתנה ב־1 במאי של כל שנה לפי שיעור השינוי של המדד שפורסם לאחרונה לפניו, לעומת המדד שפורסם בחודש אפריל 2002.
