2. איסור הכחשת השואה
המפרסם, בכתב או בעל פה, דברים המכחישים את המעשים שבוצעו בתקופת השלטון הנאצי ושהם פשעים כלפי העם היהודי או פשעים כלפי האנושות, או ממעיטים את ממדיהם, בכוונה להגן על מבצעי הפשעים הללו או להביע להם אהדה או הזדהות, דינו – מאסר חמש שנים.
