13. רישומים
(א)מי שקיבל היתר כאמור בתקנה 9 ינהל רישומים מלאים ומסודרים לגבי ביצוע ההטלה או ההזרמה בפועל, שיכללו בין השאר, פירוט העניינים המנויים בתקנה 10 (להלן – הרישומים).
(ב)הרישומים יישמרו בידי מקבל ההיתר במשך שלוש שנים לפחות מיום עריכתם, ויהיו פתוחים לעיון מפקח או נציג מוסמך מטעם הועדה; העתק הרישומים יימסר למפקח או לנציג מוסמך מטעם הועדה, לפי דרישתו.
