16. העברת שמות הבוחרים
תיקון: תשע״א
לא יאוחר מהיום השבעים לפני יום הבחירות, רשאי מגדל לפנות בכתב לוועדת הבחירות ולבקש העברת שמו מפנקס הבוחרים שבו הוא כלול לפנקס הבוחרים של המחוז שבו נמצאים עיקר גידוליו; ועדת הבחירות תחליט בבקשה ותודיע את החלטתה בכתב למבקש, לא יאוחר מהיום החמישים וחמישה לפני יום הבחירות.
