15. קשרים חברתיים
משמונה לכהונתו, אין מוטל על רשם ההוצאה לפועל לנתק את קשריו החברתיים, לרבות קשרים עם עורכי דין. עם זאת, ראוי לו לרשם ההוצאה לפועל כי ייזהר בקשריו החברתיים וייתן דעתו כיצד עשויות הבריות לפרש את הימצאותו בחברת אדם מסוים או בחברה מסוימת.
