20. עדות
רשם ההוצאה לפועל לא יעיד בהליכים משפטיים אלא אם כן זומן על ידי בית המשפט או באישורו של הממונה על הרשמים; כלל זה לא יחול על הליכים משפטיים שרשם ההוצאה לפועל או בני משפחתו צד להם.
