Section 1 of תקנות שירות נתוני אשראי (הכשרה לפקח על פעולות), התש״ע–2009, הכשרת מפקחים.
1. הכשרת מפקחים
הכשרה מתאימה להסמכת עובד המדינה בסמכויות הרשם לפי סעיף 10 לחוק, לפקח על פעולות בעלי רישיון תהיה לפי תכנית הכוללת, להנחת דעת הרשם, נושאים אלה:
(1)הוראות החוק והתקנות שלפיו, במיוחד לעניין סמכויות הרשם;
(2)עקרונות במשפט המינהלי, בסדר הדין הפלילי ובדיני הראיות, בעלי זיקה עניינית להפעלת סמכויות הרשם לפי החוק;
(3)יסודות אבטחת מידע והיכרות עם אמצעי אבטחת מידע ועם תקנים ישראליים ובין־לאומיים הנוגעים בדבר.
