18. סמכויות עובדי הדואר והרכבת
היה לעובד הדואר או לעובד הרכבת יסוד להניח, כי חבילה או מטען אחר, שנשלחו או שהובלו בדואר או ברכבת או שנמסרו למשלוח או להובלה כאמור, מכילים חומר נפץ, רשאי הוא לפתוח אותה בנוכחות קצין משטרה שדרגתו אינו פחותה מדרגת מפקח שני; הכילו החבילה או המטען חומר נפץ, ובעלם אינו ידוע, יחולטו החבילה או המטען לאוצר המדינה.
