25. ביטול
(א)בטלים –
(1)פקודת חמרי פיצוץ, 1937;
(2)צו בדבר קניית חמרי פיצוץ, השימוש בהם והובלתם, תש״ט–1949;
(3)הנוסח שולב בתקנות ההגנה (שעת חירום), 1945.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), כל היתר שניתן לפי אחד החוקים המפורטים בסעיף הקטן האמור יראו אותו מיום תחילת תקפו של חוק זה, כאילו ניתן לפי חוק זה.
