תיקון: תשפ״ב
(א)במפעל חומרי נפץ ביטחוני ימונה ממונה בטיחות חומרי נפץ.
(ב)שר הביטחון, בהתייעצות עם הוועדה המייעצת, יקבע את תנאי הכשירות וההכשרה של ממונה בטיחות חומרי נפץ.
