6. החזקת חומר בלתי מאושר
לא יחזיק אדם חומר בלתי מאושר ולא יחסינהו, אלא לפי היתר החסנה מאת מפקח ואלא אם יוצר החומר לפי היתר כאמור בסעיף 3.
