תיקון: תש״ס, תשע״א
שר המשפטים, באישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע הסדרים לענין רישום ודיווח על ידי מורשים לשידורים של יצירות המוגנות בזכויות יוצרים ובזכויות מבצעים, המשודרות על ידם, וכן לענין הנשיאה בעלויות הרישום והדיווח; הוראות סעיף זה באות להוסיף על הוראות כל דין.
