62. מניעת תכניות דומות
תיקון: תש״ס, תשע״א־2, תשע״ו
(א)המנהל רשאי, מיזמתו או לפי פנייתו של בעל זכיון לשידורי טלויזיה, להורות לבעל זכיון אחר באותו ערוץ טלוויזיה להימנע מהפקת תכנית כלשהי או לחדול מהפקתה, אם ראה כי תכנית זהה או דומה, הופקה או הוחל בהפקתה בידי בעל זכיון.
(ב)בעל זכיון הרואה עצמו נפגע מהחלטת המנהל רשאי לערור עליה לפני המועצה תוך חמישה עשר ימים מיום קבלתה; המועצה תדון ותחליט בערר.
