87. הגבלת תשדירי פרסומת
לפי בקשת הממשלה, רשאית המועצה, מטעמים של חשש לפגיעה של ממש בכלכלת המדינה או מטעמים של טובת הציבור, לאסור או להגביל תשדירי פרסומת למוצרים, לשירותים, או לסוגים מסויימים מהם, לתקופה ובתנאים שתקבע בכללים.
