91. פגיעה בתחנת שידור ובשידורים
תיקון: תשע״א
העושה אחת מאלה במזיד ושלא כדין, דינו – מאסר חמש שנים:
(1)משחית תחנת שידור של הרשות או של מורשה לשידורים, גורם לה נזק ממשי או מסלק אותה ממקומה;
(2)מונע, מפריע או מעכב ביצוע שידורים בכל דרך שהיא.
