98. עבירה בידי תאגיד
נעברה עבירה לפי פרק זה בידי תאגיד, ייאשם בעבירה גם כל נושא משרה בו אלא אם כן הוכיח שהעבירה נעברה שלא בידיעתו ושהוא נקט בכל האמצעים הסבירים למניעתה; בסעיף זה, ”נושא משרה“ – כהגדרתו בפקודת החברות.
